Booking Options
We provide a beautiful private estate for weddings, business retreats, anniversaries, hunting parties, holiday gatherings and more! You can choose to stay overnight or simply book for the day!

You will be required to pay 50% of your invoice up front to secure your date. The remainder of the balance will be due 24 hours before you check in.
Invoices will be sent via email.
If your event plans to allow or serve liquor you will be required to purchase an insurance policy and provide a receipt through https://www.wedsure.com.
These policies start around $100. Wedsure has been providing Wedding and event insurance to individuals and corporations for over 25 years.

Each wedding package includes
Full access to indoor/outdoor space.
Fully furnished estate with thoughtfully made custom decor and designed craftsmanship. This includes a master suite with a private porch, jetted tub, and custom furnishings. The property also boasts two living areas, a library, and a sunroom with 180-degree views of the stunning countryside.
Large kitchen with more than enough space for catering to a large group.
Indoors you will find 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. The bedrooms consist of 3 King beds, 3 Queen beds, and 4 bunk beds. Each bedroom has a smart TV and the entire home has highspeed internet.
Guests are invited to try their hand at fishing in the stocked lake just feet from the property. Catch and release or cook your catch to your liking on our custom fire ring or pitboss grill.
Access to 10 pews. Please let us know if you want these and where you want them to be set up. They are heavy and we will set these up ourselves.
6 white tables and 25 white chairs. These will be left in the garage to use and set up as you please.
Check in and Checkout times will be adjusted to fit your setup needs. They will be determined at time of booking and must be adhered to.
Weekday Wedding Package
Any one day/night Sunday-Thursday. $1,500.
Weekend Wedding Package 1
Anyone one day/night Friday/Saturday. $2,500.
Weekend Wedding Package 2
Whole weekend Check in Friday Checkout Sunday. $3,500

This pricing is for all events from corporate retreats to family reunioins.
